Lemon Myrtle And Ginger Martini

A refreshing option with Ginger spice and citrus notes. Plus making Ginger Syrup on hand is perfect for any kind of Festive drink!Ingredients60ml Penni Ave Lemon Myrtle and Kakadu Plum Vodka45ml Ginger Syrup (Details Below)30ml Lemon JuiceMethodChill a martini Glass. We recommend The Stripe Martini Glass from FazeekAdd Vodka, Lemon Juice, Ginger Syrup and plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker.Shake until ice is breaking apart and shaker is very coldDouble strain into glassGarnish with dried lemon slice or a twist of lemon.Ginger Syrup MethodPut 1/2 cup of sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to simmer until sugar dissolves. Add in 2cm of sliced peeled ginger, boil for 5 minutes and let steep for 1 hour. Strain.

Easy to make in bulk when entertaining.Ingredients45ml Penni Ave 16th Beach Vodka2 Cucumber RibbonsSoda WaterMint For GarnishMethodLine inside of a tall glass with Cucumber Ribbons. We recommend the Wave Wine Glass.Add Vodka plus plenty of ice.Top with Soda Water.Garnish with a Mint Sprig

Pepper Sour

A luxurious rich coloured drink perfect for after lunch drinks.Ingredients60ml Penni Ave Pepperberry and Coastal Rosemary VodkaBitters (such as Angostura)15ml Lemon Juice15ml Lemon Syrup (See below)1 Egg White or AquafabaMethodChill a Coupe glass. We recommend Stripe Coupe glass From FazeekVodka, a few dashes of bitters, lemon juice, lemon syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.Shake for 10 seconds without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously until shaker is extremely cold.Double strain into Coupe glass and garnish with Rosemary.Lemon Syrup MethodAdd 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and juice of 1 lemon to a saucepan. Bring to heat until sugar dissolves, strain and let cool.
