Care instructions apply to concrete products from RJ Living

• Place furniture on an even surface to avoid pressure on any joinery.
• Always lift furniture pieces, never drag them.
• Avoid synthetic PU protective covers as these may react with surface finishing.
• Avoid placing hot objects directly on the surface; always use coasters/placemats.
• Avoid contact with sharp items, this can damage the sealant.
• Concrete is naturally porous and any spills must be wiped immediately with a clean, soft, dry cloth to prevent staining.
• Mild soap and warm water are recommended for daily cleaning.
• Avoid abrasive and acidic soaps or household cleaners.
• If the product is outdoors, we recommend covering it when not in use, to enhance its longevity.
• Hairline cracks can occur naturally in concrete. If one appears, apply a thick layer of wax and rub it in thoroughly to prevent moisture from seeping in.
• To maintain surface protection, a high-quality transparent furniture wax should be applied regularly. Once within 2 months of receiving your item and then every 3-6 months thereafter.
• After wax application do not place any items on the surface for at least six hours to allow the wax to fully absorb.

• Synthetic Rattan is made from a durable, weather resistant polymer. Due to the nature of the polymer, the material can expand and contract with temperature.
• Clean using mild soap and water.

• Hand wash using mild liquid detergent. Avoid hot water and machine washing..
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To avoid discolouration, we recommend storing the cushions under covers when not in use. 
• We recommend storing cushions indoors or in a storage box when not in use to protect from the elements.
• Make sure cushions dry thoroughly after getting wet to avoid mold and mildew.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to the elements. Ensure adequate shade or cover when not in use.
• Wipe down regularly with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust buildup. Avoid harsh chemicals as they can damage the timber finish.
• To maintain Eucalyptus wood products, you can use preservative oil to wipe product, let it dry, and wipe it again with a clean cloth to prevent weathering, fading, and cracking.
• When possible, store wooden furniture indoors during harsh weather (winter or heavy rain) or use covers to protect them from the elements.
