It not only works for a laptop (with a small shallow drawer to put it away after use), but easily houses my 27" iMac desktop, keyboard and mouse. I can also put my 11" Mac Air on the side of the desk to work with both computers at the same time or recharge the Mac Air.
There is a cable/cord inset compartment, a shallow drawer and 2 other hidden compartments set into the desk. I only use the shallow drawer and two hidden compartments, but I can assure you, your children will love this unique design and the inset compartments in particular. For me, in retirement, it is perfect.
All students like their own dedicated study or work space. It makes them feel well catered for and special.
This is the desk that will draw your children into studying or using their laptops.
