Disconnect electrical power before cleaning. Do not use abrasive products like acetones, bleaches, solvents, etc. Do not wash with running water, electrical parts will be damaged.

Understanding Your Lead Time
All products on our website come with an accompanying lead time.
This is either that the item is in stock, and will leave our warehouse within a short amount of time, or an estimate in weeks of the timeline you will be waiting for the item to be dispatched.
It is important to note that the lead times on our website are based off when an item will be dispatched, not delivered. As we deliver to across Australia, the transit time after dispatch can vary, and more details can be found below for this.

Warehouse Christmas Closure

Our warehouse is closed for dispatch and collections from December 23rd to January 2nd as all our courier partners do not operate during this time.

To achieve this, we use certified natural materials such as solid wood, jute, rattan and organic cotton. We also believe in using recycled materials such as PET (made from recycled plastic bottles retrieved from the ocean), recycled glass and wood. All this helps us to make unique and sustainable products.
