A good quality vacuum cleaner is recommended to remove dust and dirt from a deep shagpile or high pile rug. We suggest avoiding powerful vacuums or motorised powerheads, as stiff bristles and strong suction can damage the pile. Please note: Do not use a brush head or motorised power brush head on the vacuum cleaner. Use a flat head to vacuum the rug. Do not steam clean
