I spent ages searching in every store before deciding on this Fossil Fawn sofa from RJ Living. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Rueben and his team in store provided the best customer service when helping me pick the sofa. I didn’t have to wait long for delivery and when it did arrive, the delivery team were so careful when delivering inside my house. The follow up to make sure it all went well was great from Nissa too. As for the sofa - my daughter and I couldn’t love it more! It is so comfy, stylish and liveable all in one. As you can see from the photo! We have a fluffy throw on it for our sausage dog and some stylish cushions. Highly recommend! Thank you for helping us make our home the most comfortable place to be! ☺️

We tried every sofa in Melbourne (and in the showroom!) and this was by far the most comfortable. We struggled to settle on a colour (fossil fawn vs fossil chocolate), because the sofa really looks different in different lights, including online and in the showroom. Ultimately bringing a swatch home was the most reliable way of making our decision. We couldn't have been happier with the help we received whilst deciding, the ordering process, or the white glove delivery. The Melt sofa is an absolute dream and the perfect fit for lounging, whilst also being smart enough to entertain on.
