Care & Use
- Product Care
- Vacuum regularly on a low-suction setting using a flat vacuum head. Motorised vacuum heads can pull at rug material. Rotate every 3–6 months for even wear. Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth—avoid rubbing and harsh chemicals. Use a mild detergent with cold water for spot cleaning. For deep cleaning, consult a professional. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Store rolled up in a dry place when not in use.

- Two Year Extended Warranty
- Disclaimer
- To protect your rug, avoid vacuums with a motorised brush head, this includes most Dyson and Shark models. A non-motorised attachment is the safest option.
- Rug Underlay
- A considered foundation for your rug. The underlay reduces movement and slipping, improving stability for everyday use, and adds a protective layer between the rug and the floor. Each size is cut 10cm shorter than its corresponding rug, so it sits discreetly beneath while still giving full coverage.

Customer Reviews
- HHarrisonVerified BuyerReviewingArwyn Rug - Almond 200cm x 300cmI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 starsYesterdayThe Best rug
I honestly couldn't be happier with my Arwyn Rug! It looks even better in person and has completely transformed my space, bringing everything together beautifully. The quality is fantastic, it feels amazing underfoot, and the design has that perfect balance of being stylish, timeless and effortlessly elevated. I've had so many compliments on it already! It looks far more expensive than it is and has made such a difference to the overall feel of my home. If you're thinking about purchasing it, take this as your sign I couldn't recommend it more. Absolutely love it!

A great rug. Quite thick and spongey. Adds a nice wash of colour without dominating. Perfectly suits our mid century/70's interior style. It does shed a lot so far- I fill my stick vaccuum every couple of days- but hoping that settles down with time.
