I bought this at the Richmond store (which now has relocated to Hawthorn). The staff there was very kind. I was even given a free delivery upgrade. This was perfect because I didn't realise how heavy just the table top would be (58kg!). The free delivery upgrade meant that it would be put in the room that it was meant for; not just leave it at the front door.
There was a slight frustration though. The delivery was delayed. The estimated date would keep getting pushed back as I was tracking it. But they made up for this inconvenience by providing free shipping for another set of stools that I'd bought online. Christine from customer support was very helpful and prompt. She arranged the free shipping for me. Thank you, Christine.
