Restore Queen Bed · Fleck Olive

I ordered the Restore King Bed in Opal Ocean on 13 June 2026, with an advertised warehouse dispatch timeframe of 10–12 weeks. The bed was delivered on 7 October, almost four months after ordering.

While the revised dispatch dates and extended wait were frustrating, once the bed was finally dispatched, delivery was surprisingly quick — considerably faster than the estimated 14–20 business days for regional delivery.

I also want to acknowledge RJ Living's customer service. They were receptive to my enquiries, explored alternative options and ultimately addressed my concerns about the delays to my satisfaction.

One thing I would caution prospective buyers about is the mattress height. The product photography shows the mattress sitting almost flush within the beautiful curved upholstered surround, which was a major reason I chose this bed.

However, my standard king mattress sits substantially above the frame, changing the overall appearance. When I enquired, RJ Living advised that their showroom mattress, which most closely resembles the one in the online photography, is approximately 17 cm thick. I measured the mattress recess on my bed at approximately 18 cm, compared with the advertised 19.5 cm.

While the insert depth is disclosed in the product specifications, I think it's important for buyers to understand that achieving the low, enveloping appearance shown in the photography may require an unusually thin mattress.

During assembly, I also noticed some minor…

I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

I’d been looking at this bed frame for a long time and finally decided to buy it for my new home.

The quality of the Copenhagen White fabric is fantastic, and it feels incredibly cosy. It looks great and feels very well made.

I loved this bed when I saw it online and went to the store to purchase the next day. The team was really helpful and friendly - and being valentines there were sweet treats too. I think a lot of the furniture they had was great and I look forward to ordering more. I'm very happy with my new bed design. I love the opal ocean so it was worth the wait- it looked more green when surrounded by neutrals on store but in my room it's more subtle which is a bonus.
