Extremely happy with my new Silvio Flint Rug. The quality is fantastic, it doesn't seem to be shedding as much as other woollen rugs, and the edges and corners sit perfectly flat, so there is no tripping hazard.
The only issue I have is not with the product itself, but with the delivery — the delivery people wouldn't bring it inside my house, and it was impossible for me to move it on my own.
It also arrives in a very heavy duty cylindrical tube (which is excellent for keeping it protected during transit) but my local Council won't collect the packaging because it doesn't fit in our bin, and at 3 metres long (and too heavy duty to cut it into pieces) I am now going to have to pay someone to take it away.
That said, I would still purchase a rug from RJ Living again — their customer service was outstanding and the quality of their products make them very good value for money.

I love this line of rugs, this is my 2nd purchase.
Beautiful deep colour, thick and soft.
A little shedding already which is to be expected with wool but totally worth it for such a nice rug.
Delivery was easy too.
